Far West Masters Development Scholarship

The Far West Masters raise money annually, which they award to Far West junior racers with talent, an exemplary work ethic and financial need. To insure the money is used for ski racing expenses, the funds are deposited in the FWS Racer Account. Each Far West athlete has a racer account ledger card; the money is credited to each recipient’s “account.”

Recipients are asked to submit a passport-sized photo (and a racing shot, if possible), write a letter to the Masters for their newsletter, fore-run a Masters race and attend one of their meetings (so the Masters can become acquainted with the recipients.) Please find details about applying for this scholarship during each summer.

Application deadline for the Far West Masters Development Scholarship is September 15.
