Bib SponsorBib Sponsorship Program The goal of the 2011/2012 Bib Sponsorship Program is to support the Mission of Far West by helping to provide financial support to our athletes. This past year we were able to help 29 Far West Athletes attend race venues around the country. The bibs for the 2011/2012 season will be a keepsake for parent and athletes and will help the race organizers run their events. The bibs will be $20 per racer, are of high quality, sublimated (printing imbedded in material) stock and will be used at every Far West race for the entire season. Far West Skiing Mission Statement Promote the skiing development of young athletes from all clubs in the Far West with the objective of placing elite competitors onto the US Ski Team. 'Alpine Athlete competencies' as developed by USSA will be used as a guideline. Promote alpine competition in Far West from entry level, club level and elite level. Provide financial support to athletes, coaches and development projects. Maintain a structure that will support the needs of Far West clubs, athletes, coaches and general membership. |
